The Trabzon casserole is one of the traditional copper pots that best brings out the flavour of regional güveç dishes. Esili Bakır casseroles are hand-hammered from first-quality copper; copper’s even heat distribution lets güveç dishes cook slowly and evenly. It is safe to use in both the oven and on the stovetop.
